Glowe

Glowe is an XML file format based on industry best practices in widget development. Glowe is continuously adapted to evolutions in the widget space. Glowe is open-source, so anyone and everyone can use the specification for free.

The 'O' comes from Open widget environment. The circles are the users working on the open-source projects, creating the 'glowe'.
